I suggest changing Amarok's COMMONDEPEND from
    >=media-libs/taglib-1.7[asf,mp4]
to
    || ( >=media-libs/taglib-1.7[asf,mp4] >=media-libs/taglib-1.11 )

Amarok builds and runs with media-libs/tablib-1.11 after making this change.
