Hello.

According to metadata.xml, only 'filemanager' USE enables the dolphin kpart.
Thus konqueror[-filemanager] shouldn't block kde-apps/dolphin:4.

Please fix.

Provided you still have some dolphin:4 in a personal overlay, can you check via --nodeps if it actually collides?

Tested and it collides because of the bug 589126.
