I am a bit at a loss why you want to stabilize quodlibet for hppa, alpha, ia64 and sparc? It isn't even keyworded for these architectures.

I believe it's for mutagen, but this is up for the maintainer to do and add an arch specific list behind mutagen to avoid it for quodlibet.
