=app-text/wgetpaste-2.25-r2 was removed during a version bump.  The problem is that wgetpaste-2.25-r2 was the last version to contain stable arm keywords (the rest of the ebuilds have ~arm keywords).  arm is also considered a stable profile (for default/linux/arm/13.0 and dev for the other subprofiles) as arm64 which is considered experimental.
