Fontforge 20160404 ebulid

Seems the Fontforge build system still doesn't work out of the box, so here's an ebuild to make it work. GTK+ doesn't seem to be an option anymore, so that's been scrubbed. Also, it seems the spiro "patch" isn't needed anymore either.

N.B.: I don't know much about ebuilds, so it's probably very ugly in places. Feel free to improve it. :-)
