media-sound/lmms-{1.1.90,9999}.ebuild

LMMS 1.2.0 is due out Real Soon Now; I had nothing better to do today so I updated the current ebuild for it.

Summary of changes:
  - Made the ebuild EAPI6-compatible
  - Added support for building the git version
  - Added USE=qt5 to build against Qt5 instead of Qt4
  - Added USE=soundio for media-libs/libsoundio (yet another output abstraction lib)
  - Added USE=libgig for media-libs/libgig (alternative to SF2/fluidsynth plugin)

I've compile+run tested this as lmms-{1.1.90,9999}.ebuild, both with and without the new flags. Runs fine here except that I can't get the GigPlayer plugin to show up (even though I can see the .so in the plugin dir). May be a bug for upstream or just unfinished work, I'm not sure.
