Description Sebastian 2016-07-01 06:08:27 UTC
Hello all,

This morning there's not portage snapshot. The only fresh file available is portage-20160630.tar.bz2.umd5sum.

Kind regards,
Sebastian

Reproducible: Always

I guess this happened due to expiration of gpg signing key. ;)

This hinders system administrators from updating their Gentoo systems. What is the planned timeframe to fix this? Has any progress been made?

I'm working on it. Unless I fail miserably, new snapshot should be ready in a few minutes. Please don't sync yet though, in case I fail hard ;-).

I have copied the old snapshots to fill in the space for the missing days, and regenerated last night's snapshot with the current data. It may take a while before the data propagates over all mirrors but things should work fine from now on.

And yes, this happened because nobody refreshed the key on machine doing the snapshots.
