As the Summary tates, anjuta-0.1.9.ebuild does not check for the gtkmm
dependancy. I had to emerge gtkmm before i could emerge anjuta.

Bug #6096 suggests this is fixed.

Anjuta dependencies are a little quirKy. I hope this won't be an issue now.
