In short:

Quagga repository mirror on our infrastructure was not updated for more than 5(!) years.

Currently i am maintaining net-misc/quagga package and i do not see any point of keeping obsolete repository mirror on our infrastructure. Neither i want to update it - it is perfectly fine for me to work with patches via local mirror(most of them are backports from official repo anyway)

I do not want to annoy you, but week has passed. Is there some problems with removing repo or you just forgot about it? :-)
