Add ebuild for http://archipelproject.org/ https://github.com/ArchipelProject/Archipel Archipel is an Open Source project that aims to bring push notifications to virtualization orchestration using XMPP. They state it in beta, but from personal experience it works quite well and will make a good addition to the tree. I am currently working on ebuilds for this in a personal overlay at https://github.com/Kostronor/archipel-overlay and want to kick off discussion/feedback. Regarding discussion in https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=585634#c2 I want to open up a bug before creating a pull request.
