Created attachment 437340 [details, diff] patch which adds fbpdf to the list of files removed when ! use pdf The ebuild for media-gfx/fbida-2.12 removes fbgs (and its manpage) when the pdf USE flag is not set, but it does not remove fbpdf. This conflicts with app-text/fbpdf. The attached patch doesn't seem to break anything for me. fbpdf doesn't have a manpage, so only removing the binary is required.
fbpdf is not optional, I am afraid, and doesn't use the same dependencies as fbgs. The 2.12 and 9999 ebuilds now reflect that, though.
