Please consider adding a slot operator on the dev-libs/confuse atom on the next bump of net-analyzer/bmon so that an update of dev-libs/confuse will trigger a rebuild of net-analyzer/bmon when necessary like the last dev-libs/confuse-3.0 update. Something like
