random crash on dell r210 servers using bnx2 network card

all the data I have is in the kernel oops screenshot

feel free to ask me for whatever could be useful, kernel config, useful debug . . .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.dell server with bnx2 network card and 32 bit kernel/gentoo
2.wait a few weeks or months with no reboot

Actual Results:  
3 server down, kernel crashed

Expected Results:  
3. still working after a few weeks

I'll pass this by upstream.  If possible, can you try hardened-sources-4.5.6.
