Please add to comrel team: zlogene

Please remove from comrel team: quantumsummers, phajdan.jr

I am doing wiki page and bugzilla group myself. 
This leaves the team e-mail alias for you to do... anything else?

I've updated the alias. It'll take a few minutes for master.aliases to get the update.
We need the bugzilla admins to update the comrel group membership.

It seems that someone did the Bugzilla already. I don't see quantumsummers or phajdan.jr in comrel group, and zlogene is there.
