After update of dolphin from dolphin-4.x to kde-apps/dolphin-15.12.3-r1 when I try to browse my phone via mtp it shows nothing, white page, no files or dirs.

I have added mtp USE flag to kde-apps/kio-extras and now I have this message in dolphin when I plug in my phone: "Nie można uruchomić procesu Nie można utworzyć io-slave:
Program klauncher zwrócił komunikat: Nieznany protokół 'mtp'."

It means: Can not start the process, can not create io-slave:
The program klauncher returned: Unknown protocol 'MTP'.

Ok, it is working now. It just needed to reboot after USE flag change.

One question: do I need kde-misc/kio-mtp anymore?

Only if you have any KDE4-based applications that are required.
