After I emerged timidity++, the actual file location was
/usr/share/timidity/timidity.cfg, so at the very least this command was not
needed.  However, I think it meant to copy the configuration file into
/etc/timidity.cfg

Steps to Reproduce:

Timidity++ now correctly installs a working config in /etc and the example cfg is indeed put in /usr/share/timidity

I've updated the guide to reflect this.
