For now spring-core is masked in package.mask with explanation

# Masking Spring Framework for the time being as 3.2.4 is old...

But i've ported Spring Core 4.2.6. It is located at https://github.com/blueboar2/java_jenkins_overlay/tree/master/dev-java/spring-core. So, can we move that ebuild to the tree and unmask it? I am only staffer, not a developer, so i have no commit rights.
