Bug 58380 – Providing usbview.desktop to see usbview in gnome menu

The app-admin/usbview ebuild (version 1.0-r1) doesn't contain the file /usr/share/applications/usbview.desktop which means that the usbview application doesn't show up in the Gnome menu.

I will attach a file that I use (English only). This file could(/should?) be added to the usbview ebuild.

From there, other usbview users may provide national translations to complement the file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge usbview
2. load gnome
3. search for usbview in the Gnome menu
Actual Results:  
usbview does not show up in the Gnome menu.

Expected Results:  
usbview should show up in the Gnome menu.

all those empty values are not needed
all xxx=[nothing]  lines should be removed

TryExec is here to detect if the exe exists (and to hide the entry from the menu if not found)

attaching a cleaned up version (adding fr translations in the process)
