Upstream considers 28.9 as stable, and it is on the official download page. I think it can be stabilized, as it's been in tree for more than one month and there's no open bugs against it.

I'm already a proxied-mantainer for a couple of packages, I've taken a look at the quizzes and I don't think I have the time to study to pass them.
