ejabberd-16.04.ebuild

Bump version to 16.04.

Attached ebuild is based on ejabberd-15.03. Main difference is that all deps have been debundled. This new ebuild depends on rebar and all deps depend on rebar as well.

There's no chance to get ~sparc and ~ia64 keywords for dev-util/rebar (bug 583012) any time soon, therefore I have pushed ejabberd-16.04 without ~sparc and ~ia64. If dev-utils/rebar will not get ~sparc and ~ia64 keywords in a month then these are going to be dropped completely for ejabberd (including old versions which are going to be removed soon after ejabberd-16.04 is stabilized).
