I use a French keyboard layout, and Ctrl+Alt+M to vertically maximize a window.
I have to press Ctrl+Alt+, since 'M' is at the ',' location on a qwerty keyboard. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I use a French keyboard layout and KDE in French.
2. In KDE->Configuration->SystemConfiguration window, in  Shortcuts->KeyboardGlobalShortcuts with KDE Components set to kwin, I set Ctrl+Alt+M to vertically maximize any window. It recognize the 'M' of the French layout.
3. Have to press Ctrl+Alt+',' to get my Ctrl+Alt+M shortcut.

Please report this upstream. This seems not a packaging issue.
