two things that are "wrong" when emerging net-misc/nut (0.44.1-r1)

it installs upsd in /etc/rc.d/init.d/upsd, this seems to belong in /etc/init.d

it installs the cgi utilities in /usr/local/httpd/cgi-bin, the belong in
/home/httpd/cgi-bin (assuming the user has emerged apache).

moving the files by hand seems to have no ill effects.

I fixed that long ago but didnt commit the changes (doh). Sorry for that. If
there are further problems, post here.
