There are certain circumstances in which I can't open Mozilla Firefox. A window instead pops up asking for the user, but if I press "OK" it gives me error. This happens when: 1)I try to open in fast succession 2 Firefox window, when the first one has not finished loading yet (it happens very often when clicking on URLs from my mailbox) 2)[more serious] I launch a download with the download manager, then close all windows except the download manager. I try to open firefox, but it gives me the usual error.
Please post output of emerge --info equery list mozilla-firefox equery list mozilla-launcher

0.9.3 is out now... I got a problem similar... Mine just says: no windows found... WTH???
I also can't open 0.9.3 $ firefox returns No running windows found and exits $ /usr/lib/MozillaFirefox/firefox-bin just exits without an error message! I've recently updated glibc, but haven't encountered any other problems I tried reverting to 0.9.1 and emerged 0.9.3-r1 but I get the same result.
I think this is most likely fixed with recent mozilla-launcher and mozilla-firefox. Please update to recent versions. If the problem persists then re-open the bug and we can investigate.
Yes, it looks like it's been fixed.
