Description Vladi 2016-05-10 03:33:41 UTC
cryptosetup init script hangs on gpg key luks setup, which works with the one from 1.6. here is my /etc/conf.d/dmcrypt config:

target=crypt-hdd1
source='UUID=xxxxxxxxx'
key='/etc/das.gpg:gpg'

This is an old version and an old bug at that. Not sure why kernel got assigned this.

Reporter: is this still a problem with newer versions.

Assigning to maintainer of cryptsetup.

not sure any longer sorry. I just do it with a script that starts a gpg agent first as to not re-enter password for each hard disk.
