Hello, so you are saying that varnish does not work with the following configuration? vcl 4.0; backend neuro { .host = "129.170.30.193"; .port = "http"; } sub vcl_recv { set req.backend_hint = neuro; } Just a blind shoot, but have you tried changing port from "http" to "80"?
Just tested this configuration and it works just fine.
