IMO, all info should be de-duplicated and put under Gentoo_git_workflow.

No, all official policies should be in the official docs: devmanual

Once that is done, the "unofficial" wiki page should be removed :/

Exactly.

There is https://devmanual.gentoo.org/ebuild-maintenance/git/index.html now, so I think this bug can be closed.
