I have copied and renamed the current ebuild koma-script-20040111-r1.ebuild.

Steps to Reproduce:

The ebuild tries to download the source file koma-script-${P}.tar.gz from the gentoo 
mirrors. Until the maintainer of the ebuild will have taken care of that, you can 
download the tarball manually from ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/macros/latex/
contrib/koma-script.tar.gz, move it to /usr/portage/distfiles and rename the file to 
koma-script-20040616.tar.gz. (the download would be ${PN}.tar.gz, the ebuild expects 
${P}.tar.gz).
