mailutils and mailx should all provide virtual/mailx, 
as they are blocking each other anyway.

I see that net-mail/mailutils blocks mail-client/mailx and mail-client/nmh,
but mail-client/mailx only blocks net-mail/mailutils,
and mail-client/nmh doesn't block anything.

before we can create virtual/mailx, we need the following archs add virtual/mailx: mail-client/mailx to their arch profiles:
ppc, sparc, alpha, mips, hppa, ia64, amd64, ppc64

# grep KEYWORDS /usr/portage/mail-client/mailx/*.ebuild
/usr/portage/mail-client/mailx/mailx-8.1.2.20021129-r2.ebuild:KEYWORDS="x86 ~ppc sparc alpha ~mips hppa ia64 amd64"
/usr/portage/mail-client/mailx/mailx-8.1.2.20021129-r3.ebuild:KEYWORDS="x86 ppc sparc ~alpha ~mips hppa ~ia64 ~amd64 ppc64"

net-mail/mailutils blocks mail-client/nmh because mailutils build with MH support. It provides all of the nmh utilities.
mail-client/nmh doesn't block net-mail/mailutils because nmh doesn't provide all  of the binaries that mailutils offer.
