Rmilter 1.8.2 was released today. Before that, 1.8.0 was released on April, 20th. Could you please bump to 1.8.2?
Thank you for the report and the many other bump requests. You can help even more, if you try to bump the package locally on your system and report your results. Often a simple rename works fine. The results help the maintainer to save time and keep up with the bump requests. In fact its is 1.8.3 by now. https://github.com/vstakhov/rmilter/releases/tag/1.8.3 I hope this is not seen as zeroday bump request now, but if you have the time, please try to bump this version on your system locally too and report your results. https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Bugzilla/Guide#Zero-day_bump_requests
I've just tested 1.8.4 locally, by simply copying rmiter-1.7.5.ebuild to rmilter-1.8.4.ebuild. It seems to work flawlessly.
rmilter-1.8.1 and newer need a libmemcached dependency, even if you're not using memcached. I'm trying to get that fixed first. https://github.com/vstakhov/rmilter/issues/112
