miniracer-1.03.ebuild

Here's a start at an ebuild for this.

The game isn't really ready for portage in it's current state.	Needs to be
patched to look for the data files in GAMES_DATADIR and save the cfg file in
the
user's home directory.	It would be great if upstream would use autotools as
well since right now, the Makefile hardcodes in CFLAGS and the install
locations.
