The upstream does not version their tarballs. If you don't have the files for 3.2.16 already, there's no way to install it I'm afraid. Please upgrade to lastpass-binary-component (https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/app-admin/lastpass-binary-component) instead.

please migrate to app-admin/lastpass-binary-component if applicable
