This is kinda cosmetic, but ark can and will handle 7z files, but only if p7zip is installed.  A USE flag to automatically pull it in might help users.  I'm guessing other formats like .rar are in a similar boat.

We have already a info message for rar archives in pkg_postinst phase, so we can add another case for this archive format.
