Starting lgeneral from CLI and trying to start a campaign, it quits with the following output:

$ lgeneral

lgeneral-1.3.1-r1.ebuild

This ebuild fixes this issue, anc contains the following changes:
- updated copyright year
- marked ARCHes as testing
- generates terrain data with --separate-bridges CLI switch
