open-iscsi-2.0.873-r2

open-iscsi checks for iscsi_tcp modules when they are not necessary when using rdma and iser. This ebuild patches those dependencies and adds an infiniband and rdma use flag. It also has a tcp use flag for those dependencies. It may be a better idea to make tcp on by default. Let me know what you guys think. I'm attaching the new ebuild
