Noticed by gentoo users at https://www.linux.org.ru/forum/development/12519403?lastmod=1460752551148#comment-12519598 (warning: cyrillic glyphs are all around)

Steps to reproduce:
  $ vim foo-new.ebuild
  
creates EAPI=5 ebuild. EAPI=6 is expected.
