Hello,

I want to rebuild @world and it fails on dev-util/valgrind at the configure step:

checking the GLIBC_VERSION version... unsupported version 2.22configure: error: Valgrind requires glibc version 2.2 - 2.19

sys-libs/glibc is currently in version 2.22 in the stable channel.

You may want to add a restriction to build valgrind.

3.10.1 is fixed in place, no rev bump.  can you pleae test 3.11.0 since i want to stabilize it.  it should work on all 2.* versions of glibc, but a test always helps :)
