ebuild with qt4 and qt5 use flags

Hello!

vim-qt allows using Qt 4 or Qt 5, but the current ebuild supports Qt 4 only.

I've attached a sample ebuild which allows the user to choose which toolkit to use.

I forgot to mention, it should only be modified in a live ebuild, as the Qt 5 build doesn't work properly in the current version
