the ebuild tells that timezone list can be found here:
 * Time zones can be found in
 *   /usr/GNUstep/System/Libraries/Resources/NSTimeZones/zones/
 *
but in 1.7.2 its wrong, timezones are here:
/usr/GNUstep/System/Library/Libraries/Resources/gnustep-base/NSTimeZones/zones

Besides, I think it would be good to move the PATH setting explanation to the top of the message, so people don't blindely try to use defaults before setting the PATH (like i did :)
