Building krdc-16.03.90 fails with this error message:

The package KF5 is found if I just unpack the source file and run 

cmake .

krdc-15.12.3 builds and works fine.

It works with USE=handbook, fails with USE=-handbook

I've pushed it upstream, fixed in 16.04.0

16.04.0 is in the overlay now
