dev-util/ctags-5.5.4.ebuild compiles cleanly on OS X 10.3.4 with no additional flags.  Used by vim-core.

gongloo: it's okay to assign osx bugs to you, but please keep osx@g.o

sorry about the cc thing; will keep in mind for the future (didn't know the policy on this).

ctags-5.5.4 built and worked fine on my system as well. marked stable macos in CVS. thanks.
