Description Tyler Montbriand 2004-07-21 15:38:17 UTC
All I needed to do was add the ~amd64 flag to /usr/portage/net-misc/wput/wput-0.4.ebuild to get it to download, compile, install, and run properly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add ~amd64 flag to /usr/portage/net-misc/wput/wput-0.4.ebuild
2. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge wput
3. Share and enjoy

Actual Results:
wput downloaded, compiled, installed, and worked properly

Comment 1 Malcolm Lashley (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-07-31 14:32:57 UTC
Fixed in CVS, thanks.
Comment 2 Andreas Korinek 2004-12-02 08:07:20 UTC
Hm, the ebuild is not marked ~amd64, please add ~amd64
Comment 3 Tyler Montbriand 2004-12-02 09:52:53 UTC
The flag-bug is not fixed, so I am reopening this bug.
Comment 4 Benjamin Schindler (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-12-06 06:16:33 UTC
The program segfaults when uploading using a username. So far, I haven't been able to get a backtrace - I'll look into it
Comment 5 Benjamin Schindler (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-12-07 13:58:38 UTC
The Segfault is due to a broken system, not a broken wput.

Fixed in cvs now
