new ebuild, using upstream git

As the last upstream version is a few years old already and meanwhile there have been some critical bugs fixed in their git-repository, here's an ebuild, using this.

I don't think we need a live ebuild anymore-- if you think we still do, please test/update the ebuild and reopen this report
