app-vim/snipmate bumped carelessly by bug #538490. 0.87 version is not functional due to missing dependencies, which is likely not checked with runtime tests.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =app-vim/snipmate-0.87
2. run vim
3. notice a warning about snipmate missing additional packages.
4. emerge =app-vim/snipmate-0.83
5. run vim
6. notice a successful runtime behavior
Actual Results:
