The erroring out msg is: configure: error: libtool configure failed

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Unmask any recode ebuild
2.  Attempt to Emerge it

Actual Results:  
Download is successful, but fails during .configure with the above error
(configure: error: libtool configure failed).  Here is some more of the .configure:

Expected Results:  
Successfully ran .configure for Gentoo MacOS

Clean Gentoo MacOS install on 1.33 Powerbook.

!!! Using `which gcc` to gcc locate version, this may break

!!! profile will fix this

With the latest versions of portage (I'm using 51_rc6) the libtool error is fixed by the glibtool alias.  The only thing left is that a charset.alias file collision blocks the install.

This bug is already fixed in portage.

Closing out bugs that've been resolved for a while now...
