The subversion ebuild does not install the svn_load_dirs.pl script. This script is mentioned in the subversion manual at the end of chapter 7, and is an important tool for managing vendor branches.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge subversion

Actual Results:  
svn_load_dirs.pl is not installed anywhere.

Expected Results:  
svn_load_dirs.pl should be installed into a directory in the PATH.

Patch to include svn_load_dirs in subversion instalation.

This is patch for subversion-1.6.0.ebuild to include svn_load_dirs.pl script in
instalatione. It works for me.

Fixed in subversion-1.1.1-r1
