Small error in the filesize in the Manifest (or someone bad changed the file ;) )

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -1 libvirt

Actual Results:  
>>> Verifying ebuild manifests

!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
!!! Got: 9848
!!! Expected: 9849

Expected Results:  
Filesizes should match

Same with tree time 20:15 or 20:45

Please re-sync and retry, I see Manifest was regenerated 20 hours ago due to a version bump
