Example of youtube-dl ebuild supporting several version of python

Would it be possible to support multiple versions of python for youtube-dl? That would help some packages such as mps-youtube.

I attached the youtube-dl-2016-03-01 ebuild I use in my local tree, which work with several versions. Feel free to use it or only copy part of it.
