After GLEP 67 has been implemented, projects' e-mail addresses serve as their main identifiers, for example in projects.xml:

The canonical e-mail address for the PMS project would be pms@gentoo.org but not pms-bugs@gentoo.org. Unless team members will raise valid objections within one week from now, I'll reassign this bug to infra and ask them to rename the alias and the bugzilla account. (I suppose pms-bugs@ could be forwarded to pms@ for some transition time.)

Renamed pms-bugs to pms alias, created pms-bugs alias forwarding to the new name and updated the Bugzilla account.
