Users occasionally run emerge with some options that may negatively affect the build process. It would be nice to tell at a glance what options emerge is running with.

For example, on bug 576500, the reporter almost certainly ran emerge --nodeps, but I had no way to verify that without asking.

This does indeed sound like a reasonably useful enhancement.
