PHP 5.6 has a mssql use flag that along with pdo enables pdo-dblib. I failed to find why we removed this. Can we please re-add this?

It looks like it still works to me, so I added it back in 7.0.4-r1. Thanks for pointing it out, I never even knew dblib existed -- I've been using ODBC.
